I have tried using this, and about all the other blue content boxes you have, but they all furn out transparent when I log off, and only the outline can be seen.
Any suggestions/solution?

There's no solution for that unfortunately. :(

When you log off, some of CSS in your page gets turned off hence you don't see the color.

Yeah :c

I solved the problem  by using another kind of box though! My page would be so boring without you, thank you! xDD

Awesome! I wanted to use this for a blog entry for a group, a little note though, when putting an emoticon in the title (header) such as: :eager: the emoticon wouldn't be inside the box but in the journal entry outside. The body content with emotes works fine though. Thanks for sharing!

How did you add source code to your description here for others to copy without it turning into whatever the source code is for?
Reply
:iconcyphervisor:
CypherVisor Featured By Owner Feb 27, 2013
By just inserting a uni HTML code inside other tags. :)

And that would be? I'm feeling dumb ATM and I can't seem to remember what those are. I dabble in coding but not often.

If you want to display a code without disturbing it then do the following. For example your code is

<code>This is a sample</code> then just put

<<span>code>This is a sample</code>

You can put <span> anywhere in a code to stop it getting messy! :)

Ok, so I had this on my page and it was working brilliantly! I had absolutely no problems with it whatsoever. However I log on today to see that the blue background that it was initially hosting has disappeared and it has gone transparent? o.o
Would you be able to tell me maybe why this is? C:
thank-you!

This has been reported to me by another deviant to me. It is working fine in my account btw. How did you get it done again?

It was transparent for about 3 days and then it just went back to normal! I played around with one of the boxes for a while to see if it was a mis placed code ending or something but nope, everything was fine. It must have been some kind of glitch or something!

I'm having the same problem, with these and the ones you're using. I'm actually wondering if it's because of the browser I'm using |D May I ask what browser you're using?

I'm using Chrome. And it only seems to be not showing up blue in Chrome. In IE it shows up blue. o.O I'm not sure whether it's just looking like this on my browser or not. D:

Well, I had the problem with IE a while, then it started working again. It could be a browser problem, especially if some kind of update has been installed and it included something that breaks the code on chrome. It could also be a simple page update problem. I've seen something like this occur only on certain browser :'D

Do you know how to make white content holders? I've been searching everywhere for them ;3;

No. :no:

But you may use the white button code from here [link] and write you content inside to get a white box. But note that as it is a button, you will get an highlight effect on mouse hover.

Hey bro , can i ask you about how do you make the code in the description clear ?
like when i put this for example <img src="[link]" /> it'll show "link and other stuff ,... !

i'll be so thankful for you if you give me a way or something to add and make the codes clear .

:iconcyphervisor:
CypherVisor Featured By Owner Jul 30, 2012
Its easy... just use a tag inside a tag for example...

The code is
<img src="http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/5306/demogg.jpg"/>

So I insert a tag wherever a tag is getting executing. As for example in the code above the ht<psan>tp://img208.imageshack.us/img208/5306/demogg.jpg will turn into [link]

To avoid it I use

ht<span>tp://img208.imageshack.us/img208/5306/demogg.jpg

You may use <span>, <b>, <i> etc. etc. :)
